for the Principal
- Uphold the honour and dignity of his profession.
- Execute qualitative and quantitative work for the welfare of the College.
- Devote himself to the duties of his office with utmost diligence.
- Shall work to execute the mission and vision of the College.
- Shall work in collaboration with the Governing Body of the College.
- Shall work to enforce the rules, policies and procedures laid down by the College.
- Shall help, assist, encourage and motivate students, members of faculty and non-teaching staff as a team leader.
- Be impartial and must not discriminate among members of faculty, non-teaching staff and students on any grounds whatsoever.
- Shall not join or be a member of any association the object of which are pre-judicial to the interest of the college or the public or morality.
- Shall not make any statement of fact or present an opinion which brings disrepute to the college through any media publicly or otherwise.
- Ensure the safety and security of students, members of faculty and non-teaching staff.
for Teachers

- Be a good counsellor and facilitator.
- Be impartial and must not discriminate among students on any grounds whatsoever.

for Non-Teaching Staffs
- The primary object of their duties should be to aid and assist students and teachers and the college authority in all official and clerical matters.
- The non-teaching staff shall maintain all necessary records of the college in proper order, and produce them when required by the Principal or any competent line of authority. They must not divulge official secrets under any circumstances.
- The non-teaching staff must abide by all rules and regulations of the College.
- The non-teaching staff shall require to do all work as may be allotted to them by the Principal, the University and which may be commensurate with their status and duties.
- The non-teaching staff must not join or be a member of any association the object of which are pre-judicial to the interest of the college or the public or morality.
- During working hours, all non-teaching staff shall abstain from using social media and networking sites like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.
- The non-teaching staff shall always present themselves with utmost politeness to the Principal, the teaching staff, students and other stakeholders, and maintain cordial relations amongst themselves.
- The non-teaching staff shall respect and maintain hierarchy in administration.
- The non-teaching staff shall not engage directly or indirectly in any work which may interfere with the proper discharge of their duties.
- The non-teaching staff shall not make any statement of fact or present an opinion which brings disrepute to the college through any media publicly or otherwise.
for Students
- Students must imbibe and practise ideal standards of behaviour in all matters within and outside the campus.
- Students must be punctual and regular in attending classes.
- Students must be polite and cordial in their interactions with teachers, college staff and other fellow students.
- Students must observe the college notice board every day and comply, failing which, the college authority will not be responsible for any inconvenience faced by them.
- Students must keep the college premises clean and maintain the sanctity of the college. They should take proper care of the college furniture and property.
- Mobile phones are not allowed in class rooms, office rooms and corridors.
- Students will be liable to disciplinary action for violation of any rules of discipline as provided under Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University.
- Students must have the College Identity Card with them when they are inside the college campus. They may be asked to produce the same at any time, if required.
- Students are expected to care for their environment and have a compassionate approach in their interactions with the flora and fauna around them.
- Students must not indulge in smoking or in the use of any form of tobacco within the campus.
- Students must not exhibit any form of discrimination (physical or verbal conduct) towards fellow students, teachers, non-teaching staff and other stakeholders.
- Students must not indulge in any form of disruptive activity inside the campus, and engage intentionally in acts that might cause damage or destruction of college property.
- Students must not make any statement of fact, present an opinion or provide any video footage or audio clippings through any media publicly or otherwise which might tarnish the reputation of any college staff or bring disrepute to the college.
