The NCC Unit of Dewanhat Mahavidyalaya was established to instill discipline, leadership, and a sense of national service among the students. Affiliated under 13 Bengal Battalion NCC, Cooch Behar, the unit operates with the core motto of “Unity and Discipline.” The NCC program encourages the development of character, comradeship, secular outlook, team spirit, sportsmanship, and a sense of selfless service among cadets. The college NCC unit actively engages students through institutional training, community service, and participation in various NCC camps, including Annual Training Camp and National Integration Camp.
